01Where we ship
We ship worldwide. Every order leaves our atelier within 2–4 working days and travels with a tracked, insured carrier. Typical door-to-door times once shipped:

Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown at checkout before you pay. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves.
02Customs, duties & taxes
Prices are shown in Japanese yen. For deliveries outside the European Union, your country may charge import duties, customs fees or local taxes when the parcel arrives. These charges are set by your authorities, are not included in our prices, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We declare every parcel truthfully, with its real contents and real value. It is the only way we do things.
03Customs: restrikes, not currency
Every piece is a restrike. Parcels are declared as decorative metal reproductions, never as coins, currency or precious-metal bullion. The gold and silver you see are platings over brass or copper, and the customs paperwork says so.
It is your responsibility to confirm that reproduction coins may be imported where you live; a few countries restrict them. If a parcel is refused or seized because of local restrictions you did not check, return shipping and fees may be deducted from the refund.
04Returns — 30 days
You may return any piece within 30 days of delivery, no justification needed. This voluntarily extends the 14-day statutory withdrawal period that applies to consumers in the EU and the UK.
- The piece must be unworn, uncleaned and in its original condition, tenugui and box.
- Write to hello@sukihagane.com with your order number; we reply with the return address and instructions.
- Return shipping is at your cost, except when we sent the wrong item or a defective one — then we cover it.
- The refund, including original standard shipping, is issued to your payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
05Damaged or wrong parcels
Metal travels well, but accidents exist. If a parcel arrives damaged or the piece is not what you ordered, photograph the box and the item and write to us within 48 hours of delivery. We replace or refund — your choice — and we handle the carrier.
06Warranty
Every piece is covered against manufacturing defects for two years from delivery — casting cracks, plating that lifts, a box that splits. Normal wear, the natural deepening of the patina, and damage from cleaning, polishing, dipping or PVC storage are not defects. See the terms of sale for the full picture.
