01Who is responsible

02What we collect
- Order data — name, delivery address, email, and the items ordered, collected at checkout to fulfil the contract.
- Payment — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Correspondence — emails you send us, kept as long as needed to help you.
On your device, the site stores only your cart and language preference, locally in your browser. No advertising cookies, no cross-site trackers, no analytics profiles.
03Who processes it
Data is shared only with the services required to run the store: Stripe (payment processing), our hosting provider (Vercel), and the shipping carriers who deliver your parcel. Each processes data under its own safeguards and only for its role. We never sell or rent personal data.
04How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, then deleted. Correspondence is deleted once no longer needed.
05Your rights
Depending on where you live — under the EU/UK GDPR, the California CCPA, Japan's APPI and similar laws — you may ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of processing. One email to hello@sukihagane.com is enough; we answer within one month. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
06International transfers
We operate from the United States and our processors operate globally; your data may therefore be processed outside your country, under the safeguards those processors provide (such as standard contractual clauses).
07Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published here with its date. That is the whole ceremony.
